1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the pro444 platform — whether through the website at pro444.onl, the mobile application, or any related service — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pro444, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. We do not accept registrations from minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform in a jurisdiction where using online gaming services is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for another person.

• You must not have been diagnosed with or be seeking treatment for a gambling addiction without first completing an appropriate cooling-off or exclusion period.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on pro444. Multiple accounts held by the same person, same household, same IP address, or the same payment method may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — secure and confidential. pro444 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

pro444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation may result in account suspension until the process is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All account balances on pro444 are maintained in PKR. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your pro444 account balance immediately. Processing times for bank transfers and other methods are subject to standard banking timelines outside of our control.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit as a standard anti-fraud and security procedure. You may not withdraw funds to a payment method that has not been used to fund your account.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account and may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawal processing speed depends on your VIP tier level. Platinum members benefit from the fastest processing targets.
• Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification if this has not yet been completed on your account.
• pro444 reserves the right to perform additional checks on transactions that appear unusual or inconsistent with your normal account activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pro444 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bets, and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to these general terms. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and qualifying games or betting markets are specified in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds must be used before real money funds when both are present in your balance.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that do not meet minimum odds or stake requirements specified in the promotion terms will not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, account collaboration, or any form of arbitrage behaviour will result in the voiding of bonuses and may result in account closure.
• pro444 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Players with active wagering requirements at the time of a promotion's withdrawal will have a reasonable period to complete the requirement.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the pro444 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, market, or game involved. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. Key general principles include:

• Cricket and Sports Betting: Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for international cricket, PCB for domestic competitions including PSL). Where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or otherwise cannot produce an official result, settlement follows the rules applicable to the specific market as outlined in the sportsbook terms.
• In-Play Betting: Bets accepted during a live match are subject to the platform's in-play rules. Internet connectivity issues on the player's end do not void accepted bets.
• Casino & Slots: All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Return-to-player (RTP) information for each game is available from the game provider and accessible within the game interface.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are subject to the table rules displayed in the live game interface. In the event of a technical disruption during a live game round, bets may be voided or settled according to the available game data at the point of disruption.
• Errors and Misquoted Odds: If odds or prices are misquoted due to a technical error, pro444 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the pro444 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance review, and potential permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account per person, household, or shared IP address.
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or illegal transaction.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games to gain a collective advantage.
• Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing others to access your account.
• Engaging in behaviour that threatens, harasses, or abuses support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the pro444 platform.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

pro444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include but are not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraud, failed verification, inactivity for an extended period, or self-exclusion requests.

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, any balance derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances from legitimate deposited funds not implicated in the breach will be reviewed and returned where appropriate following investigation.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of voluntary closure will be processed according to normal timelines. Bonus balances and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.

9. Privacy and Data

The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data are governed by the pro444 Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with the platform. By registering, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion is a serious tool for players who need a complete break. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the end of the chosen period. Requests to re-open an account during exclusion will not be actioned.
